During the disturbances that led to the death of Nero, Galba was declared emperor by his troops. Having won the favor of the Senate he proceeded to Rome and accepted the purple. ROMAN SPECIAL 2 Late Roman Bronzes, ca AD260-400+. Coins of the later Roman emperors from Gallienus to Arcadius and Honorius and beyond, mostly Antoniniani, AE3 and AE4 size, but including an occassional cententionalis or follis now and then and grading FINE or better (no spectacular blazers or gems, just solid mid-grade coins). Great for beginning collectors with a small budget or for the younger ones who want to get as much variety as possible for their limited dollars. Also good for the dealer who wants to carry a few inexpensive coins. These are attributed as to ruler and reverse type and packaged in individual flips. I offer these while I can in lots of: 3 different....$15
10 different....$50
